    Working the night shift can create a lot of problems for you and your body. The first thing is the lack of sleep that people get during the day when they go to sleep. This is because of the various external noises and the day light that keeps on disturbing the sleep. Our whole body clock changes which by the way is not natural as we are not nocturnal creatures. The main part of the night shift work is the stress that these people have to go through as a result of all this. The eating habits of go bad and they probably skip meals. Which means their health is affected too.

    The negative effects of night shift include:
    *HEALTH: Night shift work can have a significant impact on an individual's health because of the way it affects the body's rhythms. These rhythms fluctuate throughout the day and night to regulate many of the body's biological functions. As a result, night shift workers sometimes experience sleep problems, fatigue, weight gain and digestive problems. Some of these health problems also lead to chronic diseases.

    *EMOTIONAL: The sleep deprivation and fatigue that many night shift workers experience can also cause psychological and emotional problems, including depression, increased tension or irritability and anxiety.

    *SOCIAL: They experience more problems at home because of the limited time they spend with their children and spouses.
