It could a sign of many things and I am not sure what to tell you. Headache and nausea can be caused due to several things and they may range from gastric problems to signs of pregnancy. So you need to figure out why you are having headaches and then deal with t accordingly. Lack of proper nutrition may also cause this problem. I remember when I my daughter went on a diet, she used to feel nauseous all the time due to lack of food. You should get it checked out by a doctor just to be on the safe side.

Nausea and headache are signs that the body needs a timeout to help bring itself back to its normal state. Finding the cause is the first step to understand the treatment. Unfortunately, there are hundreds of reasons why a person can experience both nausea and headache. A person who is experiencing nausea should consult a physician if it lasts more than one week, and if there is a possibility of pregnancy. When trying to control nausea:
    *Drink clear or ice-cold drinks.
*Eat light, bland foods (such as saltine crackers or plain bread).
*Avoid fried, greasy, or sweet foods.
*Eat slowly and eat smaller, more frequent meals.
*Do not mix hot and cold foods.
    *Drink beverages slowly.
    *Avoid activity after eating.
*Avoid brushing your teeth after eating.
*Choose foods from all the food groups as you can tolerate them to get adequate nutrition.

Treatment for vomiting (regardless of age or cause) includes: drinking gradually larger amounts of clear liquids; avoiding solid food until the vomiting episode has passed; resting; and temporarily discontinuing all oral medications, which can irritate the stomach and make vomiting worse.
