Nothing can be more better or refreshing than having a mixed fruit salad. Apples, bananas, chikoos, pineapple, watermelon, orange, mango papaya, litchi, and various other fruits put together make the perfect meal for the body. All fruits a number of properties and health benefits that cannot be found in any other types of food products. They contain a lot of water and carbohydrates that are good for the body. It mixed fruit combination is especially beneficial for the body because each different fruit has different health benefits, but when all of them are put together, then we get to benefit from all of them.

I do agree with neha, there is no harm in having fruits mixed together. Combing fruits will give amazingly healthy blend of fresh fruits, packed with the energy and nutrition of fruits like banana, apple, apricot, pineapple, watermelon mango and much more.In order to ensure that you get all the required nutrients for your body on a daily basis, you need to consume a variety of fresh produce containing different nutrients. Providing mixed-fruit to the kids also solves the problem if they don't like eating only single fruits.
