    There are no specific problems that men alone face when it comes to weight loss. Losing weight is not an easy task and it can be quite challenging for a man (especially one that is lazy) Men tend to eat a lot more than women and this is one of the main problems. Women have a sense of self control for the most part whereas men tend to munch on anything that they see. My partner likes cakes and he cannot pass by a bakery without buying one. I'm sure most women would understand what I am talking about. Cheers!

    Hi Rashmi,
    Weight loss programme for men is just in different from women is that men would contain less body fat then women in their body composition. Men need to workout more on reducing body fat percentage and building muscle at a same time to maintain muscle mass. Otherwise there is no difference in starting of weight loss programme for a men.
