Anaemia is a very common blood disorder that is seen among many people. The problem being that the amount of red blood cells in the body is below average and as a result precious oxygen is not supplied to essential vital organs. The symptoms of anaemia range from feeling tired, lack of stamina and dizziness. The best thing you can do at this time is to increase the iron content in the body. Food products like anchovies, special k serial, liquorice, almonds, cashew nuts, almonds, apricots, clams, pork liver, oysters, mussels, beef, shrimp, sardines, turkey, canned beans, pumpkin seeds, baked potato, etc. These are some of the foods that are good for anaemia.
