For ages the mango tree has been a source of vitamins and other herbal and medical purposes. Many know of the uses of the fruit, but only a few really know of the uses of its leaves. The mango fruit is best eaten when ripe. Raw mangoes on the other hand are used as a good pickle. The mango leaves are best for those people suffering from diabetes. These mango leaves help to bring under control the insulin levels in the blood. You can make use of the leaves by soaking it overnight, then squeezing it in the morning and filtering it. This drink if taken regularly at an early stage can help control diabetes.
