Lately due to work pressure I have been under too much stress. Because of this I am not able to concentrate on the work. What can I do reduce stress?

Thanks Anil!!! Yes, I am into running but lately I am not able to take out time for it (not even on weekend).

With the christmas now near, I guess it is time to take a break and head out somewhere.

breathing exercises is one of the most beautiful ways to combat stress as it targets the very reason of stress your mind .....

listening to meditational music or light music during breathing exercises will be an added benefit...

Proper and adequate sleep is also recommended for stress problems....

The best method to manage the stress that is yoga & meditation. retreat the yoga which makes ur life more stressless and active. and only u can give ur body just 30min. that it enough for this.
According to the yogis, true happiness, liberation and enlightenment comes from union with the divine consciousness known as Brahman, or with Atman, the transcendent Self. The various yoga practices are a methodology for reaching that goal.
In hatha yoga, for example, postures and breathing exercises help purify the mind, body and spirit so the yogi can attain union.

Pranayama breathing exercises help clear the nadis, or channels, that carry prana the universal life force, allowing prana to flow freely. When the channels are clear and the last block at the base of the spine has been opened, Kundalini rises through the spine, through the central channel called the sushumna-nadi, and joins the crown chakra. According to the tradition, the release of Kundalini leads to enlightenment and union.

Life can be stressful; sometimes you'll have to deal with ongoing stress positively. Stress can have a variety of causes such as family problems, job problems, financial difficulties, poor health, mechanical breakdowns, false expectations or even the death of someone close to you. It is important to recognize the causes (some stress is natural) and, if possible, take steps to deal with the root of the problem or ask for help from friends and, in severe cases, professionals.
