Snacks are fun to eat aren't they? But sadly they are not good for us and we can't eat too much of them. I love potato chips but my fitness instructor said he will beat me if I eat anymore. :) Ok that was just a joke. If you need to have snacks then you can opt for foods such as nuts and fruits. Fruits are a great snack time option and they are healthy to boot. Nuts are tasty and they aid in weight loss too. Or you can start drinking fruit juices whenever you feel like having some snacks.

    @ Stuti .

You mean to ask about what snack are low in calories then fruits, steamed corn, dal, groundnut, pop corn, high fiber biscuits, multi grain biscuit, whole wheat bread, etc. DOn't eat too much of oil snacks like chips, burger, etc.
