Of course! Bitter guard is on the top of the list. It is one of the most underrated and often under used vegetables anywhere in the world. Bitter guard is a very useful and tasty dish. The bitter taste and be used as an advantage if the cook is skilled. Bitter guard is very healthy and it helps with many things such as digestion. Bitter guard also helps to get rid of the germs and harmful bacteria in the stomach. Bitter guard can clean out the stomach and help you relieve symptoms of diarrhea as well. The bitter flavour in some herbs and vegetables is caused by antioxidant phytonutrients such as glucopyranosides, flavonoids and polyphenols. Some of the bitter vegetables that are nutritious too include:
    *Bitter gourd
    *Brussel sprouts
    *Celery
    *Chinese broccoli
    *Dandelion greens
    *Chicory
    *Horseradish
    *Endive
    *Romaine
    *Wintercress
    *Mustard greens
    *Edible chrysanthemum leaves
