    I don't think so! Generally, water retention is a result of dietary changes and other factors. Drinking jeera water wont make you retain water. Water retention is caused due to the change in the cell structure and water escapes through the cells. Many people think that dieting is the best answer to get rid of excess water but this is not the case. Sweating it out is the best way to get rid of the excess water in the body. There are other ways to help get rid of excess water and you can Google it. Hope that helps you!
