    Yes, green tea does contain caffeine. Green Tea has four important constituents that all work together, caffeine, tannin, essential oils and vitamins.

    8 0z of green tea contains 15mg of caffeine. But green tea is healthy good in antioxidant,essential fatty acids & vitamins which gives many health benefits. Regular intake of green tea can helpful for weight loss, reduces the cholesterol level, sugar level in the blood, etc.
