Excessive consumption of soft drinks & beverages are not good for health because they do not have any nutritional benefits. They contain empty calories & sometimes acid is also present which only contribute to weight gain, dental & bone problems & various other diseases. It is always better to have fresh juices than to have artificially flavoured soft drinks

Sometimes, too much use of soft drinks might cause calcium deficiency. Excessive use of carbonated beverages, sports drinks and fruit drinks can impact bone health, oral health and lead to obesity in young people ... Soft drinks contain empty calories which is bad for health.
