    Yes, palak or spinach is very good for health. This green leafy vegetable has many nutrients that are excellent for your health. It's important you include palak in your diet every day. The green leafy wonder vegetable can be eaten in various ways but to derive its nutritional values it can be had as juice or in steamed form. One of your meals should have a palak dish. Palak can be combined with other vegetables or with dhal to make delicious recipes. Palak has good amounts of Vitamin K and A which are beneficial for strong bones. It's also rich in Vitamin B, C, and E. The leafy vegetable when coked provides an excellent source of iron. Minerals like magnesium, manganese, calcium and potassium are found in palak. It's also a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids, selenium and niacin.

    Then you can safely include these artificial sweeteners in your diet and add them to your tea or coffee or any other drink.

    If you take more artificial sweeteners in coffee or tea, you will face some side effects such as Aspartame has been linked with many symptoms like headache, change in mood, memory loss and various cancers. symptoms associated with sucralose are gastrointestinal problems (bloating, gas, diarrhea, nausea), skin irritations, cough, palpitations, anxiety, moods swings, depression, and itchy eyes.

    So better to reduce the intake of artificial sweeteners in a day. Use only 2 tablets in a day or 1-2 packs in a day.

    Yes palak is wonderful green leafy vegetables which has many health benefits.

    Spinach or palak plays important role to maintaining a healthy body & various health benefits.
    1. Spinach is good in Beta carotene, xanthenes & lutein which are good for eye sight & it prevents eye ulcers, dry eyes, itching eyes & eye diseases.
    2. Spinach has high in potassium & low in sodium which is good for blood pressure. Folate present in spinach , that helps to maintaining proper blood flow.
    3. Antioxidant in spinach which helps to maintain neurological problems. Folate in spinach reduces the Alzheimer’s disease.
    4. Spinach protein & lutein are very beneficial for heart disease, stroke, reduces cholesterol & other fat deposits in the blood vessels.
