Hey...Mango is a nutritious food that contains more of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants than proteins, fats and calories. The enzymes present in mango can prevent gallbladder cancer. Besides its anti-cancerous property, mango is also known for its ability to remove digestive disorders like constipation. 250 gm of one mango contains 110 gm vitamin B1, 125 gm vitamin B2, 90 gm of folic acid and vitamin C along with 30 gm each of calcium and carbohydrates and 45 mg magnesium. Mangoes are ideal to be consumed after a strenuous workout since the sugar and nutrients present in it can easily be digested by the body.
