Lemon water with honey has no bad effects on health.But if you are taking normal calorie diet honey will act as an extra calorie.

Yes if you are on your ideal body weight. lemon water with honey is a good option, But if you are overweight or trying to lose weight,Do not take honey as it will add on the extra calories.

Lemon water with honey is helpful for metabolism & gives good health but if you are trying to loss weight then avoid honey which give extra calories. Because honey has natural high calories. Take warm water with lemon in the morning or after every meals which increase your metabolism & gives weight loss. But combination diet & exercise will more effective for weight loss.
