    Honey is indeed very good for the health. But it should be completely avoided by diabetics as it is high in simple sugar and has a high glycemic index.

    Hi

    Honey is natural sweeter which has many health benefits ( as pranita mentioned). It is not good for diabetes, who wants to loss weight because it is high glycemic food.
