Fasting for long time is not at all good for body.As it slower down your meatbolism and makes you feel weak.Fasting for a dayhealps to give rest to our body but try to consume fruits and liquids which will help tio detoxification.

No fasting is not so gud for your body. As it helps to slower down your metabolism and not at all healthy. You should have short and frequent meals to be healthy.
I agree, however, fasting for a day acts as detox to the body. It helps in elimination of all the toxins from the body. You can have raw fruits and vegetables during this period. It is not recommended for a person who is unwell.

Long period of fasting iis not good for health which makes you very sick. But doing fast once in month as fruit or vegetable fast is very good, it removes toxins from ur body & cleans ur digestive system & helpful for keeping over all health.
