Is eating pineapple bad for your teeth?

    Not too sure, may be. Since pineapple has plenty of citric acid, taking large quantities can be harmful for your stomach. Those with very sensitive skin may also get sores in the mouth. It can also spoil the enamel of your teeth. Further, the high sugar content in pineapple may cause an increase in your blood sugar level. So, it is best to avoid it, if you are a diabetic. But, hey, you know what, eating anything in excess is bad for you. Pineapples are very delicious and rich in fiber, vitamins, carbohydrates and minerals. So, my take – enjoy them in moderation.
