Dark chocolate is rich in minerals such as magnesium and copper, these minerals aid in regulating normal blood pressure and subsequently maintaining proper heartbeat levels.
Eating a delicious piece of chocolate could possibly reduce stress levels and depression levels; it works by stimulating the production of endorphin that may give rise to a happy feeling. In addition, the dark chocolate variety contains stimulants such as theobromine and caffeine that are major stimulants.
dark chocolate not only relaxes but also makes the blood vessels more flexible. It also boosts the functioning of endothelial cells which line the blood cells. It also decreases the risk posed by innumerable cardiovascular diseases.

Chocolate may not be the most healthy food for u but it does have a few benefits . Dark chocolate has a few healthy benefits , it has flavonoids in the chocolate may reduce the risk of heart disease & increase insulin sensitivity which can help you to maintain more stable blood sugar levels & nitrous oxide found in cocoa can help to lower blood pressure . So you can have limited qty of dark chocolate.
