    coffee is acidic with a ph of 5 , where as the stomach Ph is 2.

    Hey Veronica,
    Acid or basic nature of any substance depends on its pH value. If you are consuming black coffee, it is acidic with a pH of 5 while coffee with milk/cream falls under basic with pH value around 7- 8..
