Actually we can't say that burning 1000 calories a day is enough or less. Reducing fat depends upon the calories intake and calories burn. If you take 1000 calories every day and burning off is very less then it is a fact that you can't lose your weight. So if you are in a position to burn 1000 calories a day then by taking some healthy foods reduce your intake calories. This will help you to reduce your weight. You can try running or skipping every day at the gym as these exercises will burn off your calories faster and also keep your heart rate elevated.

Hey Ruchi, Burning 1000 calories or more depends on the amount of calories taken in per day. If you are targeting to reduce weight then you need to burn more calories than what you take in. And if you target weight gain then you need to take in more calories than you burn per day.
