Indian tiffin recipes are in plenty. One would be upma, for which you would require rawa about 2 full cups, sugar, salt, spices like chilli powder (red), green chillis, dal, and some natural colors of choice like turmeric etc. Here you heat the rawa first and then fry the mixture of the other contents in a separate pan with less oil say about 1½ tbl spoon of oil. Then once properly fried, mix the rawa with the mixture adding some bit of water to it. Upma is one of the commonly made breakfast in india, and I hope once you make it you'll also love it.
