Washing you face by using the right technique can give it a healthy glow. Be sure to use only warm or tepid water to wash your face. Too hot or too cold water can break capillaries. Before washing your face, clean your hands thoroughly. Then wet your face with water. Take a small amount of face cleanser in your hand. Rub your hands together to create lather. Gently rub and massage this cleanser onto your face. Do it for around thirty seconds. Be careful to do it gently in the sensitive areas around your eyes and mouth. After massaging the cleanser in, rinse your face with water. Pat dry your face with an absorbent towel.
