    hen we start exercising our body temperature and heart rate increases ,so as it should not increase suddenly we do warm up exercises help our body to get prepared for vigorous exercises.Warm up exercise are 10 min of low in tensity exercises done before starting workout. Warm up exercises includes body stretchings ,and mild eercises like elbow intensity, shoulder rotations, ankle rotation.
