    Treadmills are one of the most common exercises equipment. Treadmills come in two basic varieties: manual and motorized. Knowing about treadmill properly can help you get a safe and effective workout.Before you start go through the USER MANUAL after that get familiar with the treadmill's control panel especially emergency stop.Start by walk by setting a normal speed, say 5 km/hr to start off. Make use of handrails if you are not confident enough to balance, but don't make it a habit. It is just meant for beginners.Once you get accustomed to it go for jogging or running,choose a preset program, inclination etc.Before you stop slow down gradually. If case of discomfort push the emergency button.
