Drink more!!!  Feel like you’ve been hit by a truck? I’ve been there and it’s not a nice feeling. The first thing that you need to do is to get yourself plenty of fluids and energy drinks. Dehydration is the main result of a hangover and you need to drink as much as water as possible. Your stomach is probably needs some treatment and you might want to eat some plain curd to help soothe your intestines. A hot water bath also helps as it gets rid of toxins from the body. Fill your body with carbs and energy giving products. Chips, potatoes and pretzels will do nicely. CHEERS!!
