    To treat muscle injuries here are some tips given below-
    * Firstly you can apply ice immediately after injury which helps to decrease pain and bleeding and also reduces the swelling.You can continue the application on ice for 10-15 minutes again and again but not more than it.
    * You can also do light stretching after muscle injury in supervision of trainer will help.
    * Taking proper rest will help fast in the recovery process.
    * Eat a healthy diet rich in protein will help in the recovery of the damaged muscles.
    * Apply clove oil on the injury will help to recovery also clove oil has anti inflammatory properties.
    * If the injury is very serious then visit a Doctor or a physiotherapist will help.
    * For preventing from muscles injury it is very necessary to do worm up exercises before starting a workout.

    To prevent muscle injury it is very much necessary to do stretching exercises before and after workout.
