Muscles are your muscles over stretched or constricted? If you have just finished some form of physical activity then stretching can help relieve some pain. Many people don not realize that stretching is as important after a game as it is before it. But, when your muscles are in pain you must be gentle and stretch is slower. Don’t make any sudden movements and gradually stretch your muscles. You can even get the help of someone else to stretch your legs and back. Tell them to do it gently or you will end up hurting it much more. Get well.
