    the best way to motivate yourself to stop drinking it is to know its effect on health, it may cause restlessness, distubed sleep , or complete lack of sleep, irregular heat beats,dehydration, fatigue, and acidity. if you observe any of these symptom, then you are consuming too much caffeine. the second step would be know th products which contain caffeine , like tea, coffee, cocoa beans , cocoa powder, chocklate,soft drinks like cola , energy drinks like red bull, surprisingly some soaps and shampoos also contain caffeine. it is proved that if this is left on skin for around 2 min, it is absorbed by the hair follicle, and caffeine rachs th blood stream. the best way to avoid caffeine is by avoiding these products , however there are decaffienated products available in th market which you can opt for,
