    Taking it slowly is the first step, as this way you will be surer about yourself and what you can achieve. You should not bite off more than you can chew and give up towards the end. Set up an exercise regimen and routine and stick to it daily. Establish small targets and goals that you can achieve easily and work towards them so that you feel like you’ve accomplished parts of your overall task. Figure out what’s important and what’s not important and give preference to your session when it comes to choosing between your workout and your favorite TV show.
