    It is very necessary to be hydrated in winters as it can also cause dehydration.
    *First of all try to take atleast 6-8 glasses of water.
    *You can have green tea or decaffeinated tea as you don't like to take water as much so anything warm will help.
    *Try to consume water based fruit and veggies like Cucumber,lettuce, and juicy fruits.They are not only good for weight loss but also helps in proper hydration.
    *Try to drink fruit juices or vegetable soups is a very good option.avoid caffeinated drinks.

    Drink Plenty of water, Drink hot fluids like Soups,green tea,tea,coffee etc will help.
