    Winter is the season when we feel lazy to get up from bed. The reason is because of cold climate and the body stiffness, so to be fit even in winter we can do some overall body fllexibility exercise and some walking and resistance exercises and proper diet to maintain good fitness

    In winters people tend to eat more, so one should make conscious effort to eat healthy. Otherwise there will unnecessary weight gain. People who are overweight or obese should specially be more careful while eating.Try to stay away from junk foods and deeply fried food stuffs. If possible try to do some indoor activities like playing tennis, and sometimes tune in your favorite music and dance.
