    List of Healthy Snack Items:1. Whole wheat pasta or spaghetti in tomato sauce
    2. Whole wheat bread sandwich
    3. Fruit smoothies
    4. Egg white preparations
    5. Salads without much mayonnaise dressing
    6. Breakfast cereals n milk
    7. Grilled chicken or fish preparations
    8. Chicken broth with vegetables
    9. Stir fried vegetables
    10. Boiled rice with sautéed vegetables
    11. Noodles
    12. Soups of any kind
    13. Fruit salads
    14. Garlic breads without cheese

    * Roasted chana
    * Murmura Bhel
    * Roasted Moong dal
    * Fruit chat
    * Brown Bread S/W
    * Soups
    * Sweet corn chat
    * Popcorn

    @ Nandhini , noodles is not healthy snack but once in a week you can take atta or multi grain noodles.

    The healthy snack should contains good nutrients like nuts, fresh fruits, veg juice, roasted chana, steamed chana, bhel, popcorn without butter, high fiber biscuits, brown bread S/W, steamed corn, boiled peanuts, egg white boiled, egg white omlette, egg white bhurji, etc.
