Ageing is a natural process. and it will happen . though we cant stop it but yes delaying it is absoulutely in our hands . following some of the below mentioned things will help you in slowing the process
1]exercising: exercise improves the blood circulation and you stamina , making you feel younger, it also works as a precautionary step towards age-related health problems.
2] Eat Healthy - include as much as fruits and vegetables, raw nuts and whole grains. and avoid the 3 whites , salt , sugar and maida
3]drink plenty water: Drink as much as eight to ten glasses of water per day. the colour of urine gives a good picture on to whether ur intake is right or less. if its too yello, and concentrated, you need to increase the water intake.
4] Give up on Smoking and alcohol, they speed up ageing.

5] If you have hypertention or diabetes or any other such problem, take precaution and manage them to normal levels.
6] take good amount of vit C as it improves your immunity and is the basis of cell formation , it will keep your skin tight and help you maintain the glow.
