If you mean by correct timings then I can be of help here. Sleeping is as important to you as drinking water and eating food. Without sleep you cannot make your body function. Make sure you get enough sleep every day, I mean sleep properly atleast 8 hours a day, everyday. You might be working and all and may be deprived of sleep, but remember, without sleep your body might some day get used to that schedule and there are cases where in today people sleep today very less and remain the whole day tired. In simple words be punctual in your sleep and sleep well.
