    Flush it out. I mean that literally. Flush it out. Nicotine remains in your body for up to 2 years after you quit smoking and getting rid of it is a slow process. You must drink obscene levels of water every day. I know this will make you visit the toilet a lot more but this is the only option that you have. Double the amount of water that you drink normally in a day. In a year or so the nicotine level in your body would have reduced significantly. But before all this you need to quit smoking. Have you? 
