That’s sort of difficult to do, considering that you have been fasting for almost a month. You are bound to lose a few kilos during the Ramadan months. This is especially true considering that you’re eating patterns are irregular and they disrupt your body chemistry to an extent. I’m not sure that there is anything you can do to remain the same weight. But, some people are lucky and they don’t really lose any weight during Ramadan. So just hope that you are among those lucky ones. But, you must make sure that you diet is balanced during the Ramadan month and include plenty of vegetables once you break your fast for the day.
