    Take that surprise road trip.Go to a really good concert. Finish that important project. If things are not at all in your hand and you just can't control,have yourself a really good cry. It will help to vent out your stress. Treat yourself to a free day. Spend time with puppies, babies, and kittens. Pass a joke to your friend. Gossip for a change with your peers. Take a hot water shower. Get yourself a nice massage. Watch a good old comedy movie or cartoon. Engage in purposeful, stimulating conversation, but avoid heavy discussions. Take a time out and just do nothing. Think about your achievements from the past and feel proud of yourself.
