Muscular pull occurs due to excessive strain on the muscles because of injury. Muscular pull can happen when you over stretch your muscles during exercise. You can regain muscular pull by providing the muscles with much needed rest. Providing your muscles with rest allows the torn fibers in the muscles to heal and rebuild. Eat lots of protein rich foods like chicken, lean meats, fortified eggs and fish. Protein aids in building muscles. Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and help muscles growth. Rest is most important in regaining muscle pull. Don't go back to any exercise that may worsen your already aching and torn muscles.

Hi Supriya..... Muscular pull can be relieved by stretching and relaxing for a while. Hold the stretched position of muscle for 20 counts and later relax for while. Drink lots of water. Also, make sure that you does not over work with your muscle. IF your a regular gym hitter then its best to do alternate days of weight training for your individual muscle group as 24 hours are required for any muscle to recover. And if you keep on doing hard core weight training for muscles then it would give off with muscle pulls and muscle fiber splits.
