Weight can be loosen up by doing more of cardio activities like Swimming ,Brisk walk, Jogging, Running ,etc. We need to do these activities atleast 40 min a day 5/week . These cardio activities will help to reduce fat percentage and burn calories from our body. But only doing cardio wont help to give to tone up the muscles so we need to do resistance training exercises too so as to tone up our muscles and shape up our body. Resistance exercises includes crunches, Reverse crunches, Lunges, Squats, Push ups ,etc. This type of workout plan will help to reduce weight in a healthier manner. But also if you are doing the same exercise plan for a long period then our body will get adapted to the exercise pattern so we need to keep on doing the some variations in our workout pattern so as to get good result. That cahange can be a change of exercise or change in intensity, frequency, etc.
