Move to a colder place.  internal body heat is generally prominent during the summer season. There are a few changes that you can make in your lifestyle that will help you in reducing the body heat and it helps you feel much better. Eating more during the day and less at night will help. Eat more fruits and foods that have high water content. Alcohol and coffee are also responsible for increasing body heat and you might want to reduce intake of these items. Smoking even a few cigarettes can make your body heat shoot up. This should be completely avoided.
