To reduce fat on the shoulder, we need to do more of resistance training exercises like , Shoulder lateral raises, shoulder raises, Military press, overhead press etc. These are the exercises which will help to increase muscles mass and reduce shoulder fat so as to reduce the thighs. We need to do these exercises atleast for 30 min, 5 times a week. Also we need to do some cardio exercises too like swimming, Running, Jogging, Brisk walk ,etc. so as to reduce fat from the body.

    Hey Nandini,
May i know your BMI, weight, body fat percentage, and where exactly are you looking for fat reduction at shoulder region? Is at top or back side of shoulder? Because the exercises for both regions are different. Again if your body fat percentage is high then no weight training ( concern area ) exercises wont work properly so better to first reduce down your body fat percentage and later go for any concern area exercises.
