Old age has a very adverse effect over the human musculoskeletal system. Old age tends to slow down a human being and weaken his physical abilities. A healthy musculoskeletal system can be achieved by exercising daily which helps in maintaining one's strength and flexibility. A good and balanced diet consisting of essential minerals and vitamins is also very helpful in keeping a person healthy in his old age. The person should consult the doctor from time to time in order to know his physical state. Also any type of drug or alcohol is strictly prohibited for the people in their old age.

    Hey Malvika,
As age progresses our health deteriorates and leads to weak immune system and our physical fitness level goes down if we does not have a healthy lifestyle. So if you want to maintain and improve your musculoskeleton system fitness, you have to involve in physical activities and healthy diet and lifestyle. Do atleast 30-40 min of daily exercises and live a healthy lifestyle. Avoid junk food.
