    Record your weight before starting the weight loss program and check your current weight or if you havn't done kept the record then check your weight this week and again check it after 10 days.Now subtract your current weight from the previous weight and divide it by previous weight.Now multiply it to get the percentage of weight loss.

    I agree completely..this is the only way to calculate the percentage of weight lost.
