use all fiberous items like cucumber, tomato , cabbage, carrot, olives , onion, sprouts , broccoli, lettuce leaves , fruits like orange , pineapple , apple, fresh cherries or berries , and make sure you use a healthy dressing like curd, lemon etx instead of the mayonnaise or the oil dressings used generally. use minimum salt , sugar, and add herbs like cardomom, black pepper, cinnamon, basil, ginger, chilly, origano.

Most salads start with a pile of greens. Since greens are low in calories and are a good source of fiber, it's a great way to add volume to your meal without adding a lot of calories. There are different varieties of lettuce, such as iceberg, leaf, spinach, escarole, romaine, or butter.
