    Loosing weight so quickly is really not healthyargeting 3-4 kgs in a month is a healthy weight reduction. Better to loose weight in a healthy way by doing proper form of exercises and following proper healthy diet. Healthy diet will help reducing weight but by keeping daily nutrients in a diet. Crash diets will lead a lack of nutrients in our body. Exercising will help burning more calories ,so as to reduce fat %. Also exercising will make us fit too. 3500 calories makes a pound so making a deficit of 500 calories a day may lead to loose a pound at a end of a week. So, just try going slow to reduce weight so as to get good better results.

    All fast weight loss diets just don’t work – in the long-term – because they all involve the same ‘recipe’: STARVATION (which is the fastest way to lose weight)! And you don’t need to be Einstein to work out that depriving your body of the very things it needs to survive is a good idea.

    In addition follow these simple tips:
    find out how many calories you need (BMI)
    Eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day
    Watch for portion size
    Do not skip meals
    Go for whole grain cereals
    Don't be overly restrictive
    Read the food labels to check levels of calories and fat present in it.
    Watch for sugary drinks
    Keep a food diary
    Exercise regularly.
