Why do you want to lose your stomach? Did you mean stomach fat? Losing weight is a slow and tedious process and you should not be expecting miracles to happen overnight. I know this may sound clichéd but dieting and proper exercise are the best ways to reduce weight. Alcohol is a major contributor to weight gain and if you drink regularly I suggest you cut down on that. Apart from that regulate your food intake and switch to a salad or cereal diet.
