    This seems to be a popular question. Ha ha. Diets are the best way to lose stomach weight fast. But, don opt for crash diets as these are not healthy and have a harmful effect on the body. Crash diets may help you lose a few pounds buy you will put on weight after a period. You can try a non fat, non meat diet and see if this works for you. Most people who eat a lot of meat are prone to weight gain and reducing the consumption of beef and other types of red meat will help in controlling fat.

    To lose stomach fat it is very necessary to reduce overall body fat.here are some tips given below-"
    * First of all it is very necessary to eat a balanced diet.Foods rich in all essential nutrients is very important.Fiber must be increased in our diets like include lots of fresh vegetables/ fruits/ oatmeal/ whole grain etc. Healthy foods help to maintain insulin levels and control blood sugar levels. Hunger is also controlled which means you can lose body fat quite quickly.
    *Exercise plays a very important role in losing fat.There should be a regularity in any type of workout.You should at least so for a morning walk or jogging for 30-45 minutes.You should do exercise anytime in the morning or evening but preferably if you exercise in the morning helps to keep you active through out the day and also helps in reducing stomach fat.
    * Also try to reduce/avoid alcohol intake as it contains high calories.
    * Avoiding junk food is very important to lose stomach fat and also overall fat from the body. Junk food consumption is the main reason for increased belly fat as it increases appetite and normally results in overeating which results in gaining fat on the stomach.
    *Drinking lots and lots of water also help in losing water weight and lose stomach fat.
    *High stress levels causes production of hormone called cortisole in our body. This hormone is responsible for weight gain, so start meditation and yoga(pranayams) will help to keep away from stress.
    * Getting enough sleep is very necessary. As when we feel tired and overeating leads to develop belly fat.Getting adequate sleep would help avoid overeating and may help to lose belly fat. Proper sleep would also help you in staying more active during daytime and will help you to be more energetic and burn more fat.
