    Losing lots of weight in a week is not possible and not advisable as well.You should target to lose 1/2 to 1 kg in a week which is safe weight loss and also easy to maintain by combine healthy and balanced diet along with regular exercise for about 30-45 minutes a day will help.

    but sometime you are in hurry so u can lose it by having hard working in exercises etc
