    It is not possible to reduce the fat from a particular area or spot.However,through regular exercises and proper diet the overall fat reduction can be achieved. Aerobic exercises burn the fat from the body and it also reduces the fat around the stomach.Along with aerobic exercises toning exercises like abs crunches,twist crunches,reverse curls,hip thrust etc are also needed to be in shape.
